Dubai has acquired its status as one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations. It’s easy to see why tourists flock to Dubai year-round, with attractions like Atlantic Aqua venture Waterpark, Legoland Dubai, and tours like our Abu Dhabi Mosque and Ferrari Land combination. Tourists can visit both Dubai and Abu Dhabi on the same trip because of the city’s proximity to each other. Thanks to all the money going into fantastic tourist attractions, there’s no shortage of eager travelers in Dubai. Visiting a place for the first time and unsure of the best time to visit Dubai? You’ve come to the right place.
The best time to visit Dubai
The most significant time to visit the emirate is between November and February when temperatures are mild and various events and activities, such as the Dubai Shopping and Food Festivals and the Dubai World Cup, are taking place.
With temperatures ranging from 30°C to a pleasantly cool 19, the month of November is a great time to enjoy the outdoors. As a result, November is a beautiful time to go on a beach vacation — provided you have a good supply of sunblock on hand.
In February, Dubai is a favorite winter sun destination when the temperature drops even more to 24°C and 15°C.
1. Avoid the Hottest Months
Between November and March is an excellent time to visit Dubai if you’re coming from a cold climate (which is most places). Even though Dubai is near the equator, there is no winter here because it never gets cold (or even mild). However, between November and March, the weather is a bit cooler. There is an average high temperature of 26.64°C (or 79.96°F) between November and March and an average high temperature of 37.54°C (or 99.57°F) between April and October, respectively. So, while 26.64°C isn’t precisely chilly, it’s a lot more bearable than 37.54°C, which is a lot more extreme.

2. From April to October, avoid the crowds
The main drawback to visiting Dubai in the winter months of November through March is the higher volume of visitors due to the cooler temperatures. While traveling in a new country might be exciting and fun because of the crowds, the noise and bustle are not to everyone’s comfort. If you don’t mind the sweltering heat and smaller groups, you may want to visit Dubai between April and October. Just be prepared for more heat, but it’s not impossible.
3. A Little Note about Air-con
Avoiding the hotter months appeals to many people. Still, it’s also worth noting that Dubai is livable even during the warmest months because all of the restaurants and most of the buildings in Dubai have the best air-conditioning in the world. The United Arab Emirates is a wealthy country that spends lavishly on air conditioning.
4. Lower expenses in May, Jun, and July
If you’re on a limited budget, it might be wise to visit Dubai when hotel rooms are at their most affordable. May, June, and July are the lowest months for hotel rates on average. As previously said, this is due to the increased temperatures. While many tours and other activities have fixed costs throughout the year, you are more likely to find a few cheaper discounts or promotions during these months as businesses try to secure as many customers as possible.
When is Dubai’s busiest travel season?
The peak travel period in Dubai occurs between November and April. Temperatures will be at their best, but accommodations will be more expensive, and crowds will be more significant at its most popular attractions. As a rule of thumb, peak season is excellent for beachgoers and those who wish to take advantage of Dubai’s many outdoor activities, like desert safaris and a cruise on Dubai Creek.
Dubai sees fewer tourists between June and August due to the oppressive heat, which may reach up to 40°C. The hotels, stores, and restaurants all have state-of-the-art air conditioning, so you can still have a great time even if it’s sweltering outside. A journey to Dubai outside of the height of the tourist season is ideal if you’d want a more sedate experience.
Expect more excellent prices if you’re traveling during one of the three yearly half-terms: February, May, or October. There is a lot of competition during certain times, which could raise the price of your vacation. However, you’ll always be able to take advantage of fantastic discounts.
If you’re looking for the best time to visit Dubai, there’s no one answer.
